Terms & Conditions
1. This offer is valid only on orders shipping within the continental United States. Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other US Territories and all international orders do not qualify for this promotion.
2. Any overweight and/or oversized items such as certain large light fixtures and other select items also do not qualify. These select items will be noted on the product detail page and also in the shopping cart.
3. If any items that shipped for free are returned, the original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Special HandlingSome over-weight and/or oversized items such as large light fixtures and other select items have additional shipping charges which are noted on the product detail page and also in the shopping cart. These select items do not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
Local Pick-UpWe are not a walk-in retail storefront, but we do allow local customers to pick-up their orders. Please contact us at email@example.com or toll-free at 866-295-9230, prior to dropping by to insure that the products you need are in stock.
Excluding holidays, all orders placed Monday thru Friday before 2PM Pacific Time (5PM Eastern Time) are generally shipped the same day via UPS or FedEx using the speed of service selected when the order was placed. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday and throughout the weekend are generally shipped on Monday. Orders for any built to order, custom or a special order items generally take 2-4 working days to ship. Most orders are shipped from our distribution facility in Torrance, CA just outside of Los Angeles and generally take 1-5 business days to arrive. Factory-direct and drop shipments may have different transit times depending on where the order is shipping from, but usually take no longer than 4 business days to arrive.

After your orderships, tracking information including the estimated time of delivery and tracking number will be automatically be sent to the email address provided with the order. Depending on your privacy setting this email can sometimes get caught by a spam filter, so if you don’t see the tracking email in your inbox it’s always a good idea to check your spam filter. Tracking information is also available by logging into ‘Your Account’ and checking your order status.
From time to time packages will not get scanned by the shipper correctly and will appear as if they are not in transit. Once the package arrives at the destination facility the tracking information will usually be updated.
On rare occasions, the freight company will not deliver your order on the originally scheduled date. Usually, this constitutes a delay of no more than a day or two. In the unlikely event your package is lost by the carrier, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
The shipping company will typically make 3 attempts to delivery your order. If theshipping company is unable to deliver your package(s) to youroriginalshipping address, we can have the order redelivered or rerouted to another address. Please check your tracking information to verify that you have received all the packages as your order may have shipped in multiple packages. Also check all packaging material including the peanuts for any small items that may have gotten mixed in and open any inner boxes as we ship many items inside an inner box for safety. If you still can’t find the missing item(s), please check your receipt to verify that the missing item did in fact ship and is not on backorder.

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item(s) as well as photos of the packaging material and shipping box and email them to email@example.com. We will do everything we can to get a replacement(s) sent out to you as soon as possible.
We will typically file a damage claim with the shipper and kindly ask for you to hold on to both the damaged item(s) and the ALL the packaging material for 2 full weeks until the claim can be resolved. Within that time period, an authorized representative of the shipper may come by to inspect and/or pick-up the damaged item(s) and packaging material. If nobody shows up within the 2 week window, please feel free to dispose of the damaged item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: All shipping damages must be reported within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Even if you don’t plan to use it right away, please inspect all items and test all electrical equipment and light bulbs at the time of delivery because warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase not from the date of first use. In the unlikely event you receive defective merchandise, please contact us a soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or toll-free at 866-295-9230 and we will do everything we can to assist you in getting the item(s) working correctly. If we still can’t get the item(s) working correctly, we will work with you to get the item(s) replaced as quickly as possible.
Each manufacturer has a different policy regarding defective merchandise. In many cases we will be able to take back your defective item(s) and ship out a replacement(s). However, some manufacturers request that you deal with them directly. In either case we will work with you to insure that your defective item(s) is replaced as quickly as possible.

Before opening any item please check the packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct item.
